At Stewart's Packaging, we are committed to customer satisfaction. See below how we can help before and after the sale and after delivery.

Before the Sale

If you need help or have a question before placing an order, there are many ways to contact us via:

  • E-mail
  • Phone at 800-229-6129 or 713-861-3333 Monday through Saturday, 5:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Central except for major holidays.

After the Sale

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Central time.

UPS picks up between 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. at our warehouse, so the cutoff is in place to ensure that each order is accurately filled, properly labeled and bundled to protect the merchandise.

Any orders after 2 p.m. with UPS being picked to ship will be processed on the next day, except for Friday as UPS does not pick up on Saturday. The order will then be processed on Monday morning, unless there is a holiday.

Track the delivery of your order by going to the UPS site and inputting your tracking code from the email we sent you when it was shipped out of our warehouse.
 
FEDEX picks up around 11:00am Daily Monday thru Friday.
